What is included in a Hollywood Party in Seattle?
Your package can include a red carpet, gold stanchions and velvet ropes, a step-and-repeat backdrop, paparazzi photography and a digital photo gallery. Larger packages add a DJ and emcee, lighting, an awards ceremony and live entertainment. We confirm the exact inclusions in your custom quote, so you know what your event includes before making a decision.
How much does a red-carpet party cost?
Packages start at $2,950. Red Carpet Arrival is the entry package; current starting prices and inclusions are shown on our Packages page. Your final quote depends on guest count, event duration, venue access, date and any upgrades. Starting prices are not a binding total; tell us about your event so we can scope the production accurately.
Do you travel outside Seattle?
We serve Seattle and nearby communities including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Tacoma. Share your venue name and city with your inquiry. We will confirm availability, access requirements and any travel-related costs in the quote, rather than assuming every location needs the same setup.
Can you customize the backdrop and awards?
Yes. Ask about a custom logo step-and-repeat, personalized awards and walk-up music. Send your theme ideas and branding requirements in the quote form. We will discuss artwork specifications, production lead time and any additional costs before confirming custom items.
How far in advance should I inquire?
Inquire as soon as you have a date or a shortlist, particularly for holiday parties and popular weekends. Availability is not guaranteed by submitting a form. We aim to email your custom quote within 24 hours; the proposal will explain the next steps to confirm your event.
What does the venue need to provide?
Share room dimensions, loading access, available power, sound restrictions and any required insurance paperwork. For outdoor arrivals, ask your venue about a covered weather backup. A red carpet must not obstruct an exit or accessible route; we coordinate the layout with your venue.
Is casino night real gambling?
No. Hollywood Casino Night is play money only — no real gambling. It is themed social entertainment, not wagering. Tell us about your group and venue restrictions so we can discuss a suitable format and keep the casino-style activity separate from any real-money betting.
Are you affiliated with the Academy or a broadcast?
No. Oscars night and awards night describe the theme only. Hollywood Party is an independent event producer, not an official awards organization or broadcast partner. We use generic gold awards, not protected statuette designs or Academy logos. Hosts should confirm any venue screening rights and broadcast arrangements separately.
